I have volunteered at Water Mission for the past 2 years. I have been on the education initiative, teaching children about the global water crisis. This year, I also joined the Walk for Water Committee. I am honored to be a volunteer at Water Mission where I have seen firsthand how they truly live up to their standards of providing safe water in disasters areas and developing countries with love, integrity and excellence. Not only have they provided safe water in over 60 countries they have also provided services in our own backyard. They were setting up living water treatment systems within a few days following hurricane Helene, as well as providing 1000+ generators to people who were without electricity.
Millions of women and children walk more than three miles to collect water each day for their families. Often, the water collected is unsafe to drink. But there is hope. This year, we will be walking on March 29 to raise funds and awareness to help fight the global water crisis.
I hope you can join my team or contribute to my campaign to raise $1000.00.
