Volunteer

Each year, hundreds of volunteers make the Walk for Water possible. This year is no exception! We are in need of individuals or groups who are willing to serve alongside our enthusiastic team leading up to the Walk for Water. All Walk volunteers have the opportunity to select specific roles and shifts according to their preferences.
Please note that all individuals 15 years and under must volunteer with a parent/guardian.
 

Group Volunteers
Dates: Year Round
In the months leading up to the Walk for Water, we have a variety of volunteer opportunities for groups such as folding t-shirts, cleaning buckets, organizing bins, and more. If you are interested in bringing a volunteer group from your school, church, business, or organization, please contact us at walk@watermission.org to learn more about our available opportunities.
 

Pre-Walk Day Prep Volunteers
Date: March 20

On the day before the Walk, volunteers will help set up materials at Riverfront Park.
 

Walk Day Volunteers
Date: March 21

On Walk Day, volunteers can choose shifts before, during, or after the event. Every role plays an important part in enhancing the Walk experience. The role details with shift times will be provided in each shift sign-up.
